We love cake, like we love cake! Ours will be modeled after this one.

We are proud to call this our church. Both sets of Kyle’s grandparents, as well as one set of his great-grandparents, also called it theirs. Rosa, Kyle’s mom, and Burl, his dad, were married here on April 4, 1986—making this year their 40th anniversary. Brandi, Kyle’s late sister, is also buried in the church’s columbarium. She will be attending in spirit, as will the rest of our loved ones. Many other meaningful family milestones have taken place within these walls. Boston Avenue UMC holds a deep legacy of family history and is also registered as a National Historic Place.
